Architectural visuals services

Creating accurate, detailed, and adaptable virtual versions of any new development or redesign of existing space. This enables you to walk through your proposal and make live updates to layouts, materials or furniture. Visual walkthroughs are useful for design development to prevent any ugly surprises when you get to site, thus, saving time and money. Alternatively, they can be used as a marketing tool to sell property off plan.

Architectural planning services

Providing Architectural design and drawings for planning applications. We are creative passionate individuals with a background in design, architecture and structural engineering. Working on both residential and commercial spaces.

3D Scanning services

We offer a comprehensive, organised and easy to navigate 3D photographic model of your site. See example link here

During the build stage, we would advise a scan every 3-6 months, dependent on the speed and progress on site. Then, at the end of your project you will have an extremely accurate, detailed, photographic record of your entire site; should there be any snagging issues. The model can be accessed by anyone with the link and can be password protected. As well as keeping a detailed record for yourself, the model may be useful for lender updates, quantity surveyors, or even potential buyers.
